The Energic EXP60K3 is a 60kW DC fast EV charger designed for commercial, fleet, workplace, and other professional EV charging applications. With a 150Vdc–1000Vdc DC output range, up to 200A DC output current, and a maximum system efficiency of more than 95%, the EXP60K3 provides high-power charging capability for a wide range of electric vehicles.
The charger uses an air-cooling system and is designed to operate from -30°C to +70°C, providing full power output up to 50°C before power derating begins above 50°C. It features IP55 and IK10 protection, with IK08 protection for the touchscreen, making it suitable for demanding charging environments.
The EXP60K3 supports OCPP 1.6J, with firmware upgrade capability to OCPP 2.0x, along with OTA updates, Plug & Charge, smart charging, and power management. LAN and LTE connectivity provide options for connecting the charger to backend charging management systems.
For broad vehicle compatibility, the EXP60K3 can be configured with CCS, NACS, GBT, and CHAdeMO charging connectors. The charger supports one or two DC charging connectors, while an optional AC Type 2 charging cable can provide up to 22kW AC charging.
The EXP60K3 also supports multiple charging modes, including charging by time, plan, kWh, or state of charge (SOC). User access and payment options include RFID, mobile app, and optional POS payment, while the WEB/APP maintenance backend supports charger operation and maintenance management.
