The Energic EXP150K3-HD is a 150kW DC fast EV charger designed for high-power commercial, fleet, public, and professional EV charging applications. With a 150Vdc–1000Vdc output voltage range, up to 250A DC output current, and maximum system efficiency above 95%, it provides high-power charging for demanding EV charging environments.
The EXP150K3-HD uses air cooling and is designed to operate from -30°C to +65°C, delivering full power up to 45°C before power derating begins above 45°C. Its IP65 and IK10 protection rating, together with IK08 protection for the touchscreen, makes the charger suited to demanding outdoor charging environments.
The charger incorporates an intelligent power switching matrix that dynamically allocates power modules among charging connectors to maximize overall power utilization efficiency. The EXP150K3-HD is equipped with five 30kW/1000V power modules, providing a total maximum DC output power of 150kW.
For connected charging operations, the EXP150K3-HD supports OCPP 1.6J, with firmware upgrade capability to OCPP 2.0x, as well as OTA updates, Plug & Charge, smart charging, and power management. LAN and LTE connectivity enable connection to backend charging management systems.
The charger can be configured with two CCS2/GBT connectors or CCS2 + GBT/CHAdeMO configurations, with an optional AC Type 2 charging socket capable of 22kW. This gives charging operators flexibility when supporting different EV charging standards.
