Product Details

The Energic EXP180K2-FD is a 180kW high-power DC fast EV charger designed for commercial, public, fleet, and high-throughput EV charging applications. With a 150Vdc–1000Vdc output voltage range, a maximum DC output current of up to 600A at 300V, and a constant-power voltage range of 300Vdc–1000Vdc, the EXP180K2-FD is designed for demanding EV charging environments where high charging power and efficient power utilization are important.

The charger incorporates an intelligent power switching matrix that dynamically allocates its charging modules between charging connectors. This allows available power to be distributed according to charging requirements and helps maximize the utilization of the installed charging capacity.

The EXP180K2-FD is equipped with six 30kW/1000V charging modules, providing a maximum DC output power of 180kW. It can be configured with two charging connectors supporting CCS, NACS, and GBT, or configurations combining CCS/NACS with GBT/CHAdeMO. An optional Type 2 AC charging socket is also available.

For connected charging operations, the EXP180K2-FD supports OCPP 1.6J with firmware upgrade capability to OCPP 2.0x, along with OTA updates, Plug & Charge, smart charging, and power management. LAN and LTE connectivity provide communication options for integration with charging management systems.

With IP55 and IK10 protection, air cooling, and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C, the EXP180K2-FD is designed for demanding charging environments. Full power output is specified up to 50°C, with power derating above that temperature.
