The Energic EXP600K3 is a 600kW split-type high-power EV charging system designed for large-scale public charging networks, fleet depots, highway charging hubs, and other high-throughput EV charging applications.
The system delivers up to 600kW of DC output power, with an output voltage range of 150Vdc–1000Vdc and a constant-power voltage range of 300Vdc–1000Vdc. Each output charging channel can provide up to 500A, with an optional 300A configuration.
Unlike conventional standalone DC chargers, the EXP600K3 uses a centralized Power Cube architecture that distributes DC power to separate charging dispensers. The system supports up to 12 output charging channels, allowing connection of up to six dual-connector dispensers or twelve single-connector dispensers.
The system incorporates 20 × 30kW/1000V power modules and an intelligent power switching matrix that dynamically allocates power modules among charging connectors to maximize overall power utilization efficiency.
With support for CCS, GBT, NACS, and CHAdeMO configurations, together with OCPP-based monitoring, LAN/LTE connectivity, and multiple dispenser options, the EXP600K3 is designed for scalable, high-utilization EV charging infrastructure.
